Amid advising on ongoing deals with Amazon Studios, Nickelodeon and Disney Animation, Darwell directed his first film, “The 90s Club,” a documentary featuring a cast of a dozen people in their 90s, including actor Dick Van Dyke; civil rights attorney Fred Gray, who did work for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Rosa Parks; and Walter Cole, who to this day holds the Guinness World Record for being the oldest-performing drag queen.
