Tracy A. Warren and Alissa R. Pleau-Fuller of Buchalter have entered appearances for Marcel Naujok in a pending trade secret lawsuit. The case was filed Feb. 2 in California Southern District Court by Dentons on behalf of Genasys Inc., a manufacturer of large-scale communication systems. Naujok, who previously served of Genasys VP of business development for the Pacific Rim, is accused of misappropriating confidential customer and pricing information in violation of employment agreements. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Todd W Robinson, is 3:22-cv-00152, Genasys Inc. v. Vector Acoustics, LLC et al.
