The Sierra Club, Air Alliance Houston and other environmental organizations sued the Environmental Protection Agency Tuesday in California Northern District Court over Clean Air Act regulations. The suit, backed by legal teams with Earthjustice, the Sierra Club and the Clean Air Task Force, seeks to compel the agency to finalize plans for limiting ozone pollution in four states: Utah, Pennsylvania, Virginia and New Mexico. The case is 4:22-cv-01992, Sierra Club et al v. Environmental Protection Agency.
