Kalpana Srinivasan and Justin Kenney of Susman Godfrey have entered appearances for AMHC Inc., MediaPointe Inc. and Steven E. Villoria in a pending patent infringement lawsuit. The action, which seeks a declaration of non-infringement in relation to two patents involving methods for distributing data, was filed Feb. 14 in California Central District Court by Fish & Richardson on behalf of Microsoft. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Mark C. Scarsi, is 2:22-cv-01009, Microsoft Corporation v. MediaPointe, Inc. et al.
