Katten Muchin Rosenman will launch a return-to-office plan on Monday that tasks practice and department leaders with deciding when and if lawyers need to come to the office, as the firm seeks balance between flexibility and the value of personal interaction.

“It’s a learn-as-we-go approach, which is built on the trust in our people who are working incredibly hard,” said Chief Executive Officer Noah Heller.
