Lawyers at Venable on Tuesday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Merck, the New Jersey-based pharmaceutical company, and other defendants to California Eastern District Court. The suit, part of a string of similar cases, was filed by Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer and other law firms on behalf of Laura Wylie, who claims she developed neuropsychiatric injuries from the asthma medication Singulair. The case is 2:22-cv-00604, Wylie v. Merck & Co., Inc. et al.
