Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough filed a trademark infringement lawsuit Friday in California Central District Court on behalf of solar power developer SunEnergy1. The complaint takes aim at Sun Energy Construction for allegedly using words, terms and imagery that are ‘confusingly similar’ to the plaintiff’s mark. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 5:22-cv-00604, SunEnrgy1, LLC v. Sun Energy Construction.
