Goodwin Procter, looking to maintain its 10-year rise to the top of the deal charts with more corporate talent, has added Kirkland & Ellis partners Esther Chiang and Drew Roeder to its private investment funds practice.

Chiang, based in New York, had been a partner at Kirkland since 2015 and an associate for about two years prior. During her time at the firm, she advised Warburg Pincus, Vista Equity Partners, Arlington Capital Partners, Further Global, Climate Adaptive Infrastructure and Siris Capital Group on fund formation and related transactions.
