Fox Rothschild has announced that Joshua A. Edwards and Francesca Grea have been promoted to partner in the firm's Los Angeles office. Both are members of the Entertainment & Sports Law Department. Edwards provides guidance on a range of film, television and production agreements for above-the-line talent, independent producers and production companies. Grea provides strategic guidance to clients in the entertainment industry, helping them identify, create and capitalize on opportunities to grow their brands, careers and businesses across multiple platforms. Focused on transactional law, she drafts and negotiates agreements that govern actors', writers', directors', producers' and other creatives' most important projects, protecting their interests and maximizing their return.

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Matthew S. Brady as a partner in the firm's Irvine, California, office. He joins the firm's environmental/toxic tort, products and general liability and entertainment and recreation law practice groups. Brady represents manufacturers, distributors, suppliers and retailers in products liability, toxic tort, environmental and other general liability issues, including cases arising out of exposures to asbestos and other hazardous materials. His experience is in drafting and arguing all motions, including motions for summary judgment, from the beginning of a case through appeals. He also has trial experience, serving as a second-chair trial attorney.
