Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye has tested positive for COVID-19 and will not participate in Tuesday's remote oral arguments, the court announced late Monday.
Cantil-Sakauye, 62, is exhibiting "mild symptoms," a statement issued by Court Clerk Jorge Navaratte said. She is fully vaccinated and has received two booster shots as recommended by health officials.
