Holland & Knight is adding 17 attorneys from a Los Angeles real estate firm, launching a new Century City office that the firm said will allow it to focus more on the practice area on the West Coast.
The group arrives from real estate firm Pircher, Nichols & Meeks, which has represented equity funds, financial institutions, venture capitalists, real estate investment trusts, pension funds and other institutional and private investors nationwide, Holland & Knight said.
