As Big Law continues to stretch its wings far and wide, King & Spalding said on Tuesday it added a three-partner team with a full roster of food and beverage clients in California.

Dale Giali and Keri Borders, previously the leaders of Mayer Brown’s food and beverage practice, join the firm in Los Angeles. Michael Resch, most recently the general counsel at Amy’s Kitchen, is reuniting with his former Mayer Brown colleagues, and will be based in San Francisco.
