Attorneys at d on Thursday removed a data breach class action against Maxim Healthcare Services to California Southern District Court. The suit, filed by Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman PLLC and Clayeo C. Arnold PLC, was brought on behalf of patients who contend that their personal information was compromised due to alleged negligence. The case is 3:22-cv-00993, Wilson et al. v. Maxim Healthcare Services Inc.
