Tech transactions and privacy partner Cynthia Cole has joined Baker McKenzie's Northern California transactional team, as the group continues to pursue the largest strategic M&A deals in the region.
Her arrival comes as demand for not just dealmakers but service partners mounts in the Bay area, where corporate teams have been known to lose critically important buy-side clients when they do not have the tech transactions, privacy or tax partners to service their needs.
