Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton said Tuesday it hired a three-partner real estate group from Sidley Austin in New York.
The trio—Richard Fries, Scott Stern and Neil Cohen—join the firm's real estate, energy, land use and environmental group, and represent institutional lenders, investment banks and private equity firms in all aspects of real estate finance across property types, the firm said.
