SoftBank Investment Advisors director and senior counsel Daniel Elefant joined Sidley Austin Tuesday, as the firm looks to capitalize on work at the intersection of private equity and emerging companies.
Elefant joined the firm as an M&A and private equity partner in San Francisco after nearly four years at SoftBank.
