Ogletree Deakins Nash Smoak & Stewart filed a trade secret lawsuit on Wednesday in California Central District Court on behalf of Arbor Contract Carpet. The suit accuses a former employee of misappropriating trade secrets and confidential information in his new role at Pro Floor Coverings. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-06585, Arbor Contract Carpet Inc. v. Simon et al.
