As law firm lease activity continues to rise, DLA Piper announced Monday that it signed a 13-year lease in Stanford Research Park in Palo Alto.

It will take 52,000 square feet at 3223 Hanover St., including the entire second floor and about one-third of the first floor of the building next June. The space is less than half the size of the firm’s current 120,000-square-foot office at 2000 University Ave.
