Robert Fox has joined McGuireWoods as managing director of the private equity practice, bringing more than a decade of experience working with law firms and M&A professionals to build business relationships and identify deal opportunities. He is based in the firm's Los Angeles-Century City office. Fox will help drive many of McGuireWoods' innovative private equity initiatives, including its national independent sponsor and emerging manager programs. He joins McGuireWoods from O'Melveny & Myers, where he led corporate business development efforts and connected lawyers with investors, capital providers and other industry professionals.
