Davis Polk & Wardwell's Palo Alto team was at the helm of several unprecedented tech deals last year, landing the firm a place as a finalist for the Tech Industry Advisory Team of the Year as part of the California Legal Awards.
Alan Denenberg, co-head of the firm's Northern California office, and corporate lawyer Emily Roberts, who made partner in 2019, advised some of the biggest names in tech including EV maker Lucid Motors and Amazon.com.
