Christina Pearson, a partner with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, is being recognized as one of 20 Women Leaders in Tech Law as part of The Recorder's California Legal Awards.
Last year, the Silicon Valley-based corporate attorney co-led SYNNEX Corp., an information technology services provider, in its $7.2 billion merger with Tech Data Corporation, a portfolio company of Apollo Global Management Inc. and in its spin-off of Concentrix Corp.
