Lawyers alleging that Apple intentionally throttled older iPhones renewed their efforts to approve a $310 million class action settlement after a federal appeals court unraveled the deal.

In filings on Friday, plaintiffs lawyers and attorneys for Apple insisted that the concerns of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, which reversed approval of the settlement on Sept. 28, were largely procedural.
