Fenwick & West is the first Silicon Valley law firm to announce a bonus match to the scale set by Baker McKenzie in late November, accompanied by additional perks for high-billers in the form of recreation dollars and lodging.
The scale ranges from $15,000 for the class of 2022 to $115,000 for the class of 2015 associates, counsel and of counsel who met or exceeded 1,950 billable hours, according to an internal memo viewed by Law.com.
