A New York man—who didn’t get his $8,000 in fantasy football winnings, after a Jan. 2 game was postponed following a Buffalo Bills player’s cardiac arrest on the field—has sued DraftKings Inc. for breach of contract.

Simpson Turley filed the suit on Monday on behalf of a class of hundreds, and possibly thousands, of DraftKings consumers who participated in the NFL Showdown and Flash Draft contests, both fantasy football contests.
