A San Francisco federal jury found that Elon Musk and Tesla Inc. did not violate federal securities laws in 2018 when the tech CEO tweeted about securing funding for his plan to take the electric vehicle company private.

The verdict marks a complete victory in the three-week trial for a team of attorneys from Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan led by New York partner Alexander Spiro.
