With Tom Girardi facing prison, those who allegedly conspired with him remain targets, including the head of a litigation funding firm and a former consultant.
Elissa Miller, the trustee of the Chapter 7 estate of Girardi Keese, has asked to hire special counsel in Buffalo, New York, where the owner of the largest litigation funder to Girardi's firm filed for bankruptcy earlier this year.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
