Miller Starr Regalia, a California real estate law firm for more than 50 years, announced that Bryn Jedlic is joining the firm's land use department. He joins as of counsel in the firm's Walnut Creek office, bringing to the firm more than 20 years of diverse experience as a lawyer, entrepreneur and global investment advisor focused on real estate. Prior to joining Miller Starr, Jedlic acted as senior adviser at Viceroy Hotel Group, a Los Angeles based luxury hotel management company, and as senior adviser at Mubadala Investment Company.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
