Callaghan's litigation experience includes representing clients in personal injury and professional negligence matters. She has also facilitated large settlements for clients, and her experience includes motion practice and preparing mediation briefs.

Eisner LLP announced that Jeffery McFarland has joined the firm as a partner in the litigation group in Los Angeles. McFarland focuses his practice on high-profile, high-stakes entertainment disputes, leveraging his nearly three decades of expertise in commercial litigation and intellectual property matters. He has represented clients on the talent side, including actors, producers, directors, and screenwriters, as well as studios, production companies, television networks, and video game publishers. McFarland joins Eisner LLP from McKool Smith, where he was a principal in the Los Angeles office.
