The McCready Law Group and other defendants were hit with a legal malpractice lawsuit on June 22 in California Superior Court for Los Angeles County. The lawsuit, brought by the Emanuel Law Firm, contends that the defendants failed to provide competent legal counsel to clients and engaged in deceptive billing practices. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 23LBCV01126, Wachel v. Mccready.
