All Day Kitchens, which operates a network of 'ghost kitchens' on behalf of restaurants for local food deliveries, was hit with a wage-and-hour class action on June 29 in California Superior Court for San Mateo County. The suit was brought by the Frontier Law Center. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 23-CIV-02945, Rosales v. All Day USA Operations LLC.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
