X Corp., formerly known as Twitter, was hit with a breach-of-contract lawsuit Thursday in California Northern District Court. The court action, filed by Ethan Jacobs Law on behalf of property management company Facilitate Corp., seeks more than $800,000 for alleged unpaid invoices. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:23-cv-03242, Facilitate Corporation Pte Ltd v. Twitter, Inc. et al.
