Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has hired Meredith Krannich, the former vice president and general counsel at bioMérieux, as an executive adviser in its Salt Lake City office.

Krannich joined the firm’s Executive Advisory Program, which helps general counsel and other executives develop solutions to practical and operational challenges that are beyond the scope of what outside general counsel do, at no cost to the client, according to Ken Siegel, a former partner and in-house leader who rejoined the firm about four years ago to launch the offering.
