His clients, which include both institutional and noninstitutional investors, consist of private equity funds, real estate investment companies and REITs.

Knox Ricksen, a civil litigation firm specializing in complex health care fraud cases, has elevated Joseph F. Hasegawa to partner in Los Angeles. An attorney with 10 years of litigation experience, Hasegawa litigates health care fraud matters. He also has experience litigating a range of matters, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, construction accident defense, defamation, fraud, intellectual property, malpractice, officer and director liability, personal injury, real estate, sexual harassment and wrongful termination.
