EssilorLuxottica, Ferrari, Ralph Lauren, Tapestry and a slew of other popular brands were slapped with an antitrust class action Friday in California Northern District Court concerning the market for non-prescription eyewear. The suit, brought by Hilgers Graben PLLC, accuses the defendants of engaging in a price-fixing scheme. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:23-cv-03626, Fathmath v. EssilorLuxottica S.A. et al.
