DLA Piper announced that of counsels Leeanne Mancari and Jennifer Feldman have been promoted to partner in the firm’s litigation practice. Mancari, who is based in the Century City-Los Angeles office, has been at the firm since 2004. She manages all aspects of national and international discovery, frequently serving as lead e-discovery counsel on large-scale litigations, including multidistrict litigations. Additionally, Mancari co-chairs DLA Piper’s e-discovery and information management practice and is co-head of eXplore, the firm’s e-discovery resource center. Based in the San Diego office, Feldman has served at the firm since 2001. Her practice focuses on litigation in federal and state courts, concentrating on electronic discovery and knowledge management in complex commercial litigation matters, class action cases and regulatory investigations. Feldman is also currently co-chair of DLA Piper’s e-discovery and information management practice and co-head of eXplore, alongside Mancari.

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani announced the addition of partner Aimee Kircher to the firm’s Fresno office. She will also practice out of the firm’s Sacramento, Oakland, Irvine, and San Diego offices. Kircher joins the firm’s employment law, community association law, and retail and hospitality practice groups. Kircher represents business entities and management throughout California on employment matters and serves as outside general counsel for property management organizations. Her employment counseling practice focuses on risk mitigation and litigation prevention, as well as strategic human resources solutions for employers throughout California.
