Orange County Superior Court Judge Jeffrey Ferguson, an eight-year veteran of the Southern California bench, was arrested and booked into jail after his wife was found dead at an Anaheim residence.
Police were called to the house shortly after 8 p.m. Thursday and found Sheryl Ferguson, 65, suffering from at least one gunshot wound, according to a statement released by the Anaheim Police Department. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
