Chubb's Federal Insurance Company filed lawsuit to recover at least $170,000 in damages over an alleged embezzlement scheme that accuses former Town & Country Roofing superintendent Cesar Alejandro Gallardo of falsifying employee timecards for those who were no longer with the company and then cashing out their paychecks at La Charrita Market.
