American Honda Motor was hit with a consumer class action on Aug. 25 in California Central District Court over its 2019-2023 Acura RDX vehicles. The complaint contends that the rear windshields of the class vehicles will spontaneously shatter from the electrical defrosters in the vehicles. The class is represented by Tycko & Zavareei; Goldenberg Schneider; and Dworken & Bernstein. The case is 2:23-cv-07024, McIntyre v. American Honda Motor Co., Inc..
