The Drucker Law Offices, GillPierson LLP and other defendants were sued for legal malpractice on Sept. 7 in California Superior Court for Los Angeles County. The suit, brought by the Law Offices of David A. Esquibias on behalf of Mid-Valley Industrial Center, accuses the defendants of failing to timely file a claim for unpaid rent on the plaintiff's behalf in an underlying probate lawsuit. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 23STCV21506, Mid-Valley Industrial Center LLC v. Drucker et al.
