Blank Rome announced that Benjamin M. Wigley has joined the firm's Los Angeles office as an associate in the general litigation group. His arrival continues the firm's expansion in California, which has grown to include more than 70 attorneys in the Los Angeles and Orange County offices over the last two years. He joins Blank Rome from Ropers Majeski. Wigley focuses his practice on a range of general litigation matters, including breach of contract, theft of intellectual property and trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duties, partnership disputes, and bankruptcy litigation. He has experience assisting clients in state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings.

Haynes and Boone welcomed litigation partner Kevin Crisp to the firm's Orange County office. Crisp joins from Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders, where he gained nearly a decade of experience in commercial litigation, homeowners' association disputes, and government investigations. Before that, he was an associate at Irell & Manella for five years. Clients turn to Crisp for counsel on a range of commercial litigation matters, including corporate fiduciary duty, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and bankruptcy matters, as well as all manner of business torts and contract cases. A banker before he was a lawyer, Crisp also has experience in matters involving finance and accounting issues.
