Buchalter announced that Robert Stemler has joined the firm as a shareholder in the Orange County office and as a member of the corporate practice group. He holds three decades of experience as a business and corporate real estate attorney. His practice encompasses a range of areas, including corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, entity formation, corporate finance, commercial transactions, licensing agreements, and technology transfers. A key focus of Stemler's practice is facilitating mergers, acquisitions, and other business combinations. He assists clients in navigating complex transactions, offering strategic counsel throughout the process.
LS Carlson Law announced the opening of its office in San Diego on Sept. 25. LS Carlson Law now has offices in Southern California in Aliso Viejo and San Diego, along with its Florida office. With its new satellite office, LS Carlson Law hopes to expand its reach and bring years of legal expertise to a broader range of California residents, including those in San Diego County. The new office will be spearheaded by the firm's very own Phong Tran, one of LS Carlson Law's partners and a San Diego native. Tran will be splitting his time between San Diego and Aliso Viejo, thereby expanding his service pool and areas of expertise. Tran has dedicated his practice to representing clients in complex business and commercial litigation matters. He also has extensive experience representing clients in disputes involving homeowner associations and other real estate matters.
