The Coinbase that Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal joined back in 2020 was a very different company than the one he’s part of today.

Since Grewal’s onboarding, the cryptocurrency exchange went public, grew from 500 to more than 3,000 employees, evolved beyond simply serving as a platform to buy and sell a handful of assets to one that now operates in more than 100 countries.
