Anne Redcross Beehler has joined Holland & Knight as a litigation partner in its Newport Beach office. She was previously a partner with Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. Beehler represents corporate and individual clients in a wide range of matters. Her civil experience includes partnership disputes, corporate governance disputes, complex contract and fraud matters, theft of trade secret cases, claims under the state and federal securities laws and qui tam and whistleblower actions. Much of Beehler's litigation practice focuses on the real estate industry, representing lenders, landlords, tenants, developers, investors, REITs and individuals in a range of disputes concerning real property. Her criminal law practice includes handling state and federal matters from the investigation stage through trial.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M. The complaint alleges that had Sunrun informed the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection that the plaintiff's employment had ended in 2017 and that he no longer held Sunrun's home improvement contractor license, he would not have been hit with charges, which were dismissed in May 2024.
