Another transactional partner from Allen & Overy is moving to a Big Law competitor. Josh Birenbaum, a former partner in A&O's Los Angeles office, is moving over to Kirkland & Ellis, where he was previously an associate, the No. 1-ranked Am Law firm said Monday.
