South Florida-based boutique Mark Migdal & Hayden is expanding outside Florida for the first time. The firm is launching an office in Los Angeles, after adding two attorneys specializing in banking litigation.

Paul Levin and Lauren Gibbs, who operated their own firm in LA, are heading to the boutique’s new California office, bringing along a paralegal. The addition will expand the firm’s geographic reach as well as its expertise in financial fraud litigation, an area it wants to keep growing. The firm, founded in 2017 with five people, now has 15 lawyers.
