The California Supreme Court disbarred El Cerrito solo Gregory Harper this week almost three years after justices sent his case back to the State Bar Court to review whether racial bias played a role in his discipline.

Harper’s disbarment was noted in the high court’s weekly conference results report, which, as is usual, offered no explanation for justices’ denial of his petition to reconsider the State Bar Court’s decision.
