Alston & Bird has hired intellectual property lawyer Theresa Conduah in Los Angeles as a partner, with the lateral saying she found an opportunity to rejoin a firm that had both a nationally known IP practice and a Los Angeles office.
Conduah, who began work with Alston & Bird on Monday, joined from Haynes and Boone. She is the fourth IP partner in the 100-lawyer Los Angeles office of a firm where she worked as an IP associate from 2007 to 2012, a firm spokesperson confirmed.
