Chinese telecom company Huawei Technologies was hit with an antitrust lawsuit filed by McKool Smith on behalf of NETGEAR on Jan. 30 in California Central District Court over the defendant's alleged unreasonably high licensing fees for use of its Wi-Fi patents.
