Edward Nekritz, who as Prologis’ top lawyer for 30 years played a central role in building the industrial real estate developer into the nation’s most valuable real estate company, plans to retire Jan. 1, 2025.
Nekritz was Prologis’ first in-house attorney when he came aboard in 1995, one year after the San Francisco-based company began trading on the New York Stock Exchange with a market capitalization of $4 billion.
