Agilent Technologies, the health tech giant that began as part of HP, has tapped longtime in-house leader Bret DiMarco as legal chief.
DiMarco will lead more than 100 in-house lawyers, a spokesperson said. He is best-known for his 14-year tenure as legal chief of laser maker Coherent, which culminated in its $7 billion sale to the semiconductor manufacturer II-VI in July 2022.
